“I recently purchased a stationary home generator from The Home Depot.  The Home Depot arranged to have one of its subcontractors perform the installation.  This is why I am writing!  I was very pleased with the efficiency and professionalism CDS Emergency Power Services displayed.  I was particularly impressed with their follow-up and concern for me.  The generator was hooked up on a Friday.  Although a seemingly complicated process, everything worked well, however the circuit breaker for my hot water heater did not recycle properly.  I called CDS on Saturday morning to complain about not having hot water.  As a special case, within an hour CDS responded and corrected my simple problem.  Later in the afternoon, CDS even called again to confirm I still had hot water.  Thank you CDS Emergency Power Services for providing “old fashioned great customer service!”
